Warhammer Community has announced a new range of Warhammer Heroes miniatures, designed to help players "cleanse the Mortal Realms." The announcement was made on July 27, 2026, via the official Warhammer Community website.
According to Warhammer Community, the new models are part of the ongoing Warhammer Heroes line. The miniatures are intended for use in the Mortal Realms setting, which is the primary fantasy universe for Games Workshop's tabletop wargame. No specific details about the individual characters or their rules have been released yet.
The announcement has already generated discussion among fans. Wargamer.com noted that while the new Warhammer Heroes miniatures are visually impressive, the outlet questioned whether this is entirely a positive development for the hobby. The article suggests that the quality and scale of new releases may raise concerns among collectors and players, though it did not specify what those concerns might be.
Warhammer Heroes is a series of collectible miniatures that often feature unique sculpts and limited availability. Previous releases in the line have included characters from various factions within the Mortal Realms. The new miniatures are expected to follow a similar pattern, offering players new options for their armies or display collections.
Further details about the new Warhammer Heroes miniatures, including pricing and release dates, are expected to follow from Warhammer Community in the coming weeks.
