Vela Bay is being positioned as a seafront residential development in Bayshore, according to EdgeProp.sg, which reported on the project on Wednesday, 4 November 2026. The development is being presented around two features: views of the coast and a design approach drawn from yachts.
EdgeProp.sg's headline frames the project as charting a course for Bayshore's seafront homes, suggesting Vela Bay is being marketed as a distinct offering within that waterfront area. The report highlights coastal vistas and yacht-inspired design as the development's defining characteristics.
The available material does not include details on the number of units, pricing, completion dates, the developer or the architect behind the project. Those specifics were not part of the published summary.
The report places Vela Bay within Bayshore's broader seafront segment, where developments are often distinguished by their access to water views and their architectural themes. EdgeProp.sg's coverage focuses on how the project is being presented rather than on construction or sales figures.
Buyers and market watchers will likely look next for confirmed unit counts, pricing and launch timelines from the developer, none of which have been disclosed in the reporting so far.
