Applications are now being accepted for the RE Community Impact Grants in the United Kingdom, according to fundsforNGOs. The funding opportunity was announced by the outlet on Friday, 25 September 2026.
The grants are aimed at community-level projects connected to renewable energy, based on the program name as reported by fundsforNGOs. The outlet published the item as a call for applications, signalling that the window for submissions is currently open.
fundsforNGOs is a platform that tracks funding opportunities for non-governmental organisations and community groups, and it regularly publishes calls of this kind. Its notice identifies the program by name and location but does not, in the material available, set out eligibility criteria, award amounts or a closing date.
Organisations interested in the program should treat the fundsforNGOs listing as the starting point and confirm the specifics directly with the grant administrator before preparing a submission. Details such as who may apply, what activities qualify and how applications are assessed are not included in the summary published by the outlet.
The next thing to watch is the formal guidance from the grant provider, which should clarify eligibility, funding levels and the application deadline. Prospective applicants can follow fundsforNGOs for updates on this and similar opportunities.
