Holly Willoughby's new YouTube lifestyle series "Together" has been dismissed as an "empty gush fest" by The Times, according to a review published on Tuesday.
The British television presenter launched the show on the video platform, but critics have been unimpressed. The Times described the programme as lacking substance, while The Guardian called it "a marginally less agonising With Love, Meghan," referring to Meghan Markle's own lifestyle series. The Telegraph went further, stating the show "makes Meghan look good."
The i Paper ran a piece titled "Holly Willoughby has lost her superpower," suggesting the former "This Morning" host has failed to translate her television appeal to the YouTube format. Yahoo Life UK covered her style evolution alongside the launch but did not offer a critical assessment.
The reviews, published across multiple UK outlets on the same day, paint a picture of a show that critics find shallow and uninspired. The Times' review was the most direct, calling the series an "empty gush fest" without providing further detail on specific segments or guest appearances.

Willoughby's move to YouTube follows her departure from ITV's "This Morning" in 2023. The new series marks her first major solo content project on the platform.
The critical reception suggests the show has failed to capture the warmth and engagement that made Willoughby a household name on daytime television.
