The upcoming Spider-Man film, titled "Spider-Man: Brand New Day," will release in Bangladesh one day ahead of its scheduled global debut, according to Gramer Kagoj News.
Gramer Kagoj News reported on July 28, 2026, that the film will hit theaters in Bangladesh before other countries. The Daily Star Bangla also confirmed that Bangladesh will be the first nation to screen the movie. Multiple outlets, including bd-pratidin.com, noted that the premiere will take place in Dhaka.
The film stars Tom Holland as Spider-Man and Zendaya as MJ. A report from SAMAKAL highlighted the strong on-screen chemistry between Holland and Zendaya, describing their dynamic as excellent both in and out of character.

However, a report from Vietnam.vn indicated that the film may face challenges in IMAX theaters due to "The Odyssey" securing exclusive IMAX screen access, potentially limiting Spider-Man's availability in that premium format.
The early release in Bangladesh marks a significant shift in global distribution strategies for major Hollywood franchises. Audiences in Dhaka will get the first look at the next chapter of the Spider-Man story.
