Four graduates earned the highest score in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination, according to results reported by GMA Network. The Professional Regulation Commission released the outcome on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
GMA Network did not name the four topnotchers in its headline. The same results drew attention from several schools and regional outlets.
Saint Louis University said it ranked as the No. 2 top-performing school in the exam and produced nine topnotchers, according to the university's website. The University of Santo Tomas reported that one of its graduates, Mamawan, led the psychology boards. Metro CdeO Dev reported that graduates of Liceo U, Xavier University, Central Mindanao University, and MSU-IIT were among the topnotchers.
The PRC Board also published a list of passers under the A–F surname range, indicating that the full roster was released in segments.

The results cover both the psychometrician board exam and the psychology boards, as the two are referenced in the school announcements. The Commission has not yet released the complete list of top performers or the national passing rate in the material available.
The PRC typically follows the release of results with the schedule for oath-taking and registration of new licensees. Those dates, along with the full list of passers, are the next items to watch.
