Parma made a substitution during their Serie A fixture away to Lazio on Saturday, according to MARCA's live coverage of the match. Simone Lontani came on in place of Christian Ordóñez.
The change was logged by the outlet at the 63rd minute of the game. MARCA's live blog recorded the swap as part of its rolling updates from the match.
The two clubs were meeting in Italy's top flight, with MARCA carrying minute-by-minute coverage of the action. Beyond the substitution, the outlet's live feed did not provide further detail in the material available.
Substitutions at that stage of a match are often a manager's attempt to alter the shape or energy of the side, though MARCA's report did not state the reason behind this particular change or the score at the time.
Lazio and Parma are both competing in Serie A, and matches between them count toward the league table over the course of the season.
What to watch next: whether Lontani's introduction shifts the game for Parma, and how the result affects both clubs' standing in Serie A.
