Pablo Remón's new stage work, Verborrea, is receiving its world premiere at Nave 10 Matadero in Madrid, according to Madrid Destino. The venue is hosting the absolute debut of the piece, which the city's tourism and culture body announced on Friday, 25 September 2026.

The production features Javier Cámara and Israel Elejalde in the lead roles, 20Minutos reports. According to that outlet, the play moves between two very different settings: the Valle de los Caídos and the world of punk.

El Mundo frames the project as a shared undertaking between Cámara and Remón, describing it as a "catharsis" for the two. The newspaper reports the pair saying that their only concern is changing the lives of the people who walk into the theatre.

The premiere adds to the programming at Nave 10 Matadero, a Madrid Destino venue. Coverage of the announcement also appeared via the Ayuntamiento de Madrid, which carried the same news of the debut.

Details of the run, ticket availability and any further performances have not been included in the material available, and no information about the creative team beyond Remón, Cámara and Elejalde has been confirmed.

Audiences and critics will now look to the first performances at Nave 10 Matadero, and to how the production's mix of the Valle de los Caídos and punk is received.
