Moise Kean has signaled his preference to join Como, according to Sky Sport, as the Serie A club works to finalize a deal with Fiorentina. The Italian striker is reportedly open to the move, though the two clubs have yet to reach an agreement.
Fiorentina is currently waiting for an official offer from Como, with negotiations said to be in the closing stages, per Sportmediaset. The two sides are described as being closer on the financial terms, but no formal bid has been submitted yet, according to the same report.
Kean, who started for Fiorentina in their recent match against Roma, is expected to remain in the lineup while the transfer talks continue, as noted by La Gazzetta dello Sport. His playing time suggests the club is not rushing his departure, even as Como pushes to secure his signature.
The deal has been described as "very close" by La Repubblica, which also reported that Juventus is monitoring other attacking options, including Alexander Sorloth and Jean-Philippe Mateta. That context suggests Kean’s future may be tied to a broader chain of moves in the Italian transfer market.
Fantacalcio adds that Como has already reached a personal agreement with Kean, leaving only the club-to-club negotiation with Fiorentina as the remaining hurdle. The striker’s willingness to move appears to be a key factor in advancing the talks.
What to watch next: whether Fiorentina accepts Como’s formal offer and how quickly the two clubs can finalize the transfer before the window closes.
