Fourth Milling Company has announced a cash dividend of 0.13 riyals per share for the first half of 2026, according to a report by Argaam.
The distribution was reported on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The announcement covers the company's payout to shareholders for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026.
The dividend decision comes alongside a broader set of financial results from Saudi milling firms. In a separate report, Argaam noted that Fourth Milling's second-quarter earnings rose 10% to $15.75 million, a figure also covered by Al Arabiya. The company's share price slipped about 1% following the release of its quarterly results, according to Investing.com.
Other milling companies have also posted gains for the period. Al Eqtisadiah reported that First Milling Company's profits increased 28.3%, driven by operational performance and revenue growth.

The dividend payout reflects the company's ongoing commitment to returning value to shareholders, a common practice among Saudi-listed firms. Investors typically view such distributions as a sign of stable cash flow and profitability.
For shareholders, the key date to watch is the record date for the dividend, which determines eligibility for the payout. The company has not yet specified the payment schedule beyond the announcement of the distribution amount.
