Digital Spy has published a viewing guide naming five shows it considers worth watching this week. The list, published on Sunday, 4 October 2026, includes a British crime drama featuring an actor from Sherwood, according to Digital Spy.
The outlet framed the selection as recommendations for viewers looking for their next series to follow. Beyond the inclusion of the Sherwood star's crime drama, Digital Spy's summary does not name the other titles on the list or the performers involved.
The guide arrives as broadcasters and streaming services continue to release new drama throughout the autumn schedule. Weekly recommendation roundups of this kind are a regular feature for Digital Spy, which covers television and entertainment in the UK.
Viewers who want the full rundown, including the names of all five programmes and where they can be seen, will need to consult Digital Spy's original article. The publisher has not indicated how long the shows will remain available or whether any of them are debuting this week.
For now, the headline takeaway is straightforward: five titles are being put forward, and one of them pairs a British crime story with a familiar face from Sherwood. Further details on scheduling and cast rest with the source.
