The Cisauk Community Health Center (Puskesmas) has conducted an assessment of clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) and mosquito nest eradication (PSN) at MI Nurul Huda, an Islamic elementary school in Tangerang Regency, according to Web Terpadu Kabupaten Tangerang.
The review, reported on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, was part of a broader effort to create a comfortable and safe learning environment for students. Health workers evaluated the school's hygiene practices and checked for potential mosquito breeding sites as part of the assessment.
The PHBS assessment covers daily habits such as handwashing, proper waste disposal, and maintaining personal cleanliness. The PSN component focuses on identifying and eliminating standing water where mosquitoes, particularly those carrying dengue fever, may breed.
According to the same outlet, Puskesmas Cisauk has been running multiple health initiatives at MI Nurul Huda. These include mass deworming for students, free health checkups, and mental health screening for pupils. The activities align with a regional push to support student well-being beyond academics.

The school-based health programs reflect a coordinated approach between local health authorities and educational institutions. By combining hygiene education with direct medical services, the health center aims to address both preventive and immediate health needs among young students.
The assessment at MI Nurul Huda is one of several school visits conducted by Puskesmas Cisauk in the area. Observers will likely watch whether similar evaluations are extended to other schools in the district in the coming months.
