France to Deploy 70,000 Officers for October 31 Protests, Nuñez Says Rallies Allowed Outside City Centres

Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez says Saturday's demonstrations will be permitted away from city centres as 70,000 police and gendarmes are mobilised nationwide.
