INTRODUCTION
There is a moment in this story that is so powerful, so pregnant with meaning, that the Holy Ghost has brought me to it for someone watching this right now. The children of Israel stood at the edge of the Red Sea. Behind them, Pharaoh's army was charging. In front of them, the waters were deep and impassable. They were trapped. They were terrified. They cried out to God. And God spoke through Moses.
THIS IS YOU. You are at the edge of your own Red Sea. The enemy is behind you—your past, your failures, your fears, your enemies—closing in. The future is ahead—deep, dark, uncertain, impossible. You feel trapped. You feel terrified. You have cried out to God. And now, God is about to speak to you.
Before I preach, I want you to receive this word into your spirit:
STAND STILL. THE LORD WILL FIGHT FOR YOU. THEN GO FORWARD.
VERSE 13 — "And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever." (KJV)
Stop right there. Did you see that word?
STAND STILL.
The people were panicking. They were crying out. They were complaining. They were looking at the army behind them. They were looking at the sea in front of them. They were looking at their own helplessness. And Moses says, "Fear not. Stand still."
Stand still means: stop running. Stop panicking. Stop trying to figure it out. Stop looking at the enemy. Stop looking at the impossibility. Just stand still.
I prophesy to someone watching right now: STAND STILL. Stop running from your past. Stop panicking about your future. Stop trying to fight this battle in your own strength. God is about to show you His salvation.
STAND STILL IN YOUR MIND. Your mind is racing. You can't sleep. You can't think straight. You are tormented by fear and anxiety. But God says, "Stand still." Be still and know that He is God. Cast down every imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. Bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.
STAND STILL IN YOUR EMOTIONS. Your emotions are all over the place. You are angry, bitter, depressed, fearful. You feel like you are on a roller coaster. But God says, "Stand still." Let not your heart be troubled. Neither let it be afraid. Peace, be still.
STAND STILL IN YOUR WORDS. You have been speaking doubt and unbelief. You have been declaring defeat. You have been prophesying your own failure. But God says, "Stand still." Set a watch over the door of your mouth. Let the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart be acceptable in His sight.
STAND STILL IN YOUR ACTIONS. You have been trying to fix it yourself. You have been scheming, manipulating, striving. But God says, "Stand still." Cease from your own works. Enter into His rest. Let go and let God.
STAND STILL. And see the salvation of the LORD.
VERSE 14 — "The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." (KJV)
Stop right there. Did you see that word?
FIGHT.
The LORD shall FIGHT for you. You don't have to fight. You don't have to defend yourself. You don't have to avenge yourself. The battle is not yours; it is the LORD's.
I prophesy to someone watching right now: THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU.
THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU IN YOUR MARRIAGE. That marriage that is under attack—the LORD is fighting for it. That spouse who is acting strange—the LORD is fighting for them. That home that is under siege—the LORD is fighting for it. You shall hold your peace.
THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU IN YOUR FINANCES. That debt that is overwhelming you—the LORD is fighting for it. That job that is threatening you—the LORD is fighting for it. That business that is failing—the LORD is fighting for it. You shall hold your peace.
THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU IN YOUR HEALTH. That sickness that is tormenting you—the LORD is fighting for it. That disease that is killing you—the LORD is fighting for it. That pain that is unrelenting—the LORD is fighting for it. You shall hold your peace.
THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU IN YOUR CHILDREN. That child who is wayward—the LORD is fighting for them. That child who is sick—the LORD is fighting for them. That child who is failing—the LORD is fighting for them. You shall hold your peace.
THE LORD IS FIGHTING FOR YOU IN YOUR DESTINY. That destiny that is under attack—the LORD is fighting for it. That purpose that is being opposed—the LORD is fighting for it. That calling that is being resisted—the LORD is fighting for it. You shall hold your peace.
And ye shall hold your peace. That means you shall be silent. You shall not retaliate. You shall not defend yourself. You shall not even need to explain. God will fight for you, and you will just watch.
VERSE 15 — "And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward." (KJV)
Stop right there. Did you see that word?
GO FORWARD.
After standing still, after holding your peace, after letting God fight for you, there comes a moment when God says, "Go forward." You can't stay at the edge of the Red Sea forever. You can't just stand still and do nothing. There is a time to stand still, and there is a time to go forward.
I prophesy to someone watching right now: IT IS TIME TO GO FORWARD.
GO FORWARD INTO YOUR PROMISE. The Promised Land is on the other side of the Red Sea. Your promise is on the other side of your obstacle. Your breakthrough is on the other side of your barrier. You have to go forward to possess it.
GO FORWARD INTO YOUR DESTINY. God has a destiny for you. He has a purpose for you. He has a plan for you. But you have to go forward to walk in it. You can't stay where you are. You can't settle. You can't be stagnant. You have to go forward.
GO FORWARD INTO YOUR MIRACLE. The miracle is not behind you. The miracle is not where you are. The miracle is ahead of you. It's in the future. It's in the unknown. It's in the impossible. You have to go forward to step into it.
GO FORWARD INTO YOUR HARVEST. The harvest is not in your past. The harvest is not in your present. The harvest is in your future. You have to go forward to reap it. You have to go forward to gather it. You have to go forward to enjoy it.
VERSE 16 — "But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea." (KJV)
Stop right there. Did you see that word?
DIVIDE.
God said, "Lift up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it." God was going to divide the sea. He was going to make a way where there was no way. He was going to open a path in the impossible.

GOD IS DIVIDING THE SEA OF SICKNESS. That sickness that has been standing between you and your health—God is dividing it. That disease that has been standing between you and your wholeness—God is dividing it. That pain that has been standing between you and your peace—God is dividing it. You shall go through on dry ground.
GOD IS DIVIDING THE SEA OF POVERTY. That lack that has been standing between you and your provision—God is dividing it. That debt that has been standing between you and your freedom—God is dividing it. That insufficiency that has been standing between you and your abundance—God is dividing it. You shall go through on dry ground.
GOD IS DIVIDING THE SEA OF BARRENNESS. That barrenness that has been standing between you and your children—God is dividing it. That miscarriage that has been standing between you and your baby—God is dividing it. That infertility that has been standing between you and your posterity—God is dividing it. You shall go through on dry ground.
GOD IS DIVIDING THE SEA OF FAILURE. That failure that has been standing between you and your success—God is dividing it. That rejection that has been standing between you and your acceptance—God is dividing it. That disappointment that has been standing between you and your appointment—God is dividing it. You shall go through on dry ground.
And the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. Not on muddy ground. Not on slippery ground. On dry ground. God doesn't just make a way; He makes a good way. He makes a safe way. He makes a sure way.

I WILL GO THROUGH ON DRY GROUND. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER.
MY EGYPTIANS SHALL BE SEEN NO MORE. MY PAST IS OVER. MY FUTURE IS BRIGHT.
I AM MORE THAN A CONQUEROR. I AM AN OVERCOMER. I AM A VICTOR.
THIS IS MY TIME. THIS IS MY SEASON. THIS IS MY MIRACLE.
PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for Your Word. I thank You that You are the God who fights for me. I thank You that You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. I thank You that You are the God who divides the sea.
Lord, I stand still before You right now. I quiet my heart. I calm my mind. I hold my peace. I will not fear. I will not panic. I will not run. I will trust You.
Lord, I ask You to fight for me. Fight for my family. Fight for my finances. Fight for my health. Fight for my destiny. Fight for my purpose. Fight for my calling. Fight for my children. Fight for my marriage. Fight for my business. Fight for my ministry. Fight for everything that concerns me.
Lord, I go forward. I step out in faith. I step into my promise. I step into my destiny. I step into my miracle. I step into my harvest. I step into my breakthrough. I step into my abundance. I step into my healing. I step into my deliverance. I step into my victory.
Lord, divide my Red Sea. Make a way for me. Open a path for me. Clear the obstacles for me. Remove the barriers for me. Break the chains for me. Shatter the walls for me. Destroy the yokes for me. Lift the burdens for me.
Lord, let me go through on dry ground. Let me walk through the midst of the sea. Let me come out on the other side. Let me come out with my testimony. Let me come out with my miracle. Let me come out with my harvest. Let me come out with my victory.
Lord, I receive it now. I believe it now. I confess it now. I declare it now. I prophesy it now. I thank You for it now. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

I want to speak to someone watching right now. You have been standing at the edge of your Red Sea. You have been looking at the army behind you. You have been looking at the sea in front of you. You have been paralyzed by fear. You have been crying out to God. And God has heard your cry.
Now He says to you: Stand still. Fear not. I will fight for you. You hold your peace. And when I tell you, go forward. Go forward into your promise. Go forward into your destiny. Go forward into your miracle. Go forward into your harvest. Go forward into your victory.
God is about to divide your Red Sea. He is about to make a way where there seems to be no way. He is about to open a path in the impossible. He is about to do for you what He did for the children of Israel. He is about to give you a testimony that will make headlines. He is about to give you a story that will be told for generations. He is about to give you a victory that will be undeniable.
So stand still. Hold your peace. Watch God fight for you. Then go forward. And you shall go through on dry ground. And you shall come out on the other side. And you shall possess your promise. And you shall inherit your destiny. And you shall enjoy your miracle. And you shall reap your harvest. And you shall celebrate your victory. And you shall give glory to God.
This is your time. This is your season. This is your miracle. Stand still. Go forward. In Jesus' name.
