His ministry is characterized by a dynamic, revelational approach to scripture, aiming to equip believers to live victoriously and manifest their divine potential.

Core Theological Pillars of Pastor Chris's Teachings

The teachings of Pastor Chris are built upon several foundational biblical principles that form the bedrock of Christ Embassy's doctrine.

1. The Power of the Human Spirit and the Nature of the New Creation

A central theme is the concept of the "new creation" based on 2 Corinthians 5:17. Pastor Chris teaches that upon accepting Christ, a believer is fundamentally reborn in spirit, receiving God's nature (2 Peter 1:4). This new creation is righteous, holy, and has dominion over circumstances. Understanding this new identity is pivotal to living a successful Christian life, as it shifts focus from human effort to operating from a position of spiritual victory and authority.

2. The Dominion Mandate and the Principle of Faith

His teachings strongly emphasize the authority God has given to believers. Drawing from Genesis 1:28 and Mark 11:23-24, Pastor Chris instructs that faith is a spiritual force—a tangible substance that creates reality. He teaches that words, when spoken in faith based on God's Word, have creative power. This principle applies to all areas of life, including health, finances, and personal destiny. Faith is not passive hope but an active, conscious exercise of spiritual authority.

3. Divine Health and Healing

Pastor Chris is a prominent proponent of divine healing as a present-day reality provided for in the Atonement of Jesus Christ (Isaiah 53:4-5, 1 Peter 2:24). He teaches that sickness is not from God and that believers have a right to claim healing through the Word and the name of Jesus. His ministry features numerous healing services and testimonies, reinforcing the belief that God's will is for believers to live in health and vitality.

4. Prosperity and the Purpose-Driven Life

Financial and material prosperity is taught as part of God's blessing for the believer to fulfill divine purpose (3 John 1:2). This prosperity is not for self-indulgence but for the advancement of God's Kingdom, supporting the gospel, and helping others. Pastor Chris teaches principles of sowing and reaping, wise stewardship, and viewing resources as tools for global evangelism and humanitarian work.

5. The Preeminence of Prayer and the Holy Spirit

Prayer is presented as a vital communication channel and a place of fellowship with God. Pastor Chris's teachings on prayer, especially through programs like "Your LoveWorld Specials" and the global prayer network, emphasize praying in the Spirit (tongues), intercession, and receiving guidance. The ministry places a strong emphasis on the baptism and ministry of the Holy Spirit, including the operation of spiritual gifts as essential for effective Christian living and ministry.
