Khloé Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, have recounted the night they went to pull Lamar Odom out of a hotel room where roughly 20 people were present, News.com.au reports. The story was also covered by Entertainment Weekly, People.com and Yahoo, which described the gathering as a drug-fueled hotel sex party.
According to the outlets, the pair described arriving at the room to find Odom among the group. Jenner’s reported reaction was blunt: she told her daughter never to date “a freak” again, per News.com.au.
The account adds to the public history between Kardashian and Odom, whose marriage was previously documented on the family’s reality series. The retelling places Jenner alongside her daughter in the effort to get Odom out of the situation, with the outlets framing it as one of the more chaotic episodes the two have described.
Details beyond the headline and summary were not available in the source material, and the outlets’ accounts differ in emphasis rather than substance. The story has circulated widely across entertainment coverage since it was published on Friday.
What to watch next: whether Kardashian or Jenner expand on the account in upcoming interviews or episodes, and how Odom responds publicly.
