"IT’S IN YOU! (The Miracle-Working Ability Resides In You)"

The formal request arrived first thing Monday morning.

Elena was asked to meet a small student committee during free period to “clarify the spiritual approach” behind the lunchtime discussions and her new responsibilities. The language was polite, but the undertone was clear: some people still wanted to manage or limit what the group represented.

At the same time, the city organisers confirmed the second session and asked the group to be prepared for a more interactive format—with direct questions from the audience.

The pressure was real. Yet something in Elena had shifted over the weekend. The Word she had begun storing in her heart was no longer just information. It was becoming a present consciousness.

When the group gathered briefly before free period, the mood was steady rather than anxious. Sofia opened the TeeVo.

Elena looked at the others. “We’ve been preparing, studying, and growing. But the TeeVo is saying the ability to cause change is already in us. We’re not trying to get power. We’re learning to release what’s already there.”

When Elena walked into the committee meeting, she did not carry a defensive posture. She answered questions calmly and clearly, speaking from the Word stored in her heart rather than from the need to protect her image. The meeting ended without restriction. One committee member even stayed behind to ask a personal question about peace.

Later that day a quieter opportunity appeared. A student from their grade, visibly distressed about a family situation, found Elena near the lockers. Instead of offering only sympathy, Elena quietly prayed with her and spoke life over the situation in the Name of Jesus. The student left lighter. Nothing dramatic happened in the hallway, but something real had been released.

That evening the group reflected on the day. The formal challenge had not derailed them. The second city session no longer felt like a test they might fail. They were beginning to understand that the miracle-working ability was not reserved for special moments or older believers. It resided in them—right now—as teenagers who believed.

Elena wrote in her journal:

It’s in me. The same Spirit. The same ability to cause change. I don’t have to feel big to release what God has already placed inside.
