Naré of Armenia has won Junior Eurovision 2026, Onet reports. The final took place in Malta, where performers representing 16 countries took the stage, among them Poland's Wiktor Sas. The result was settled once the points from the European vote had been counted.

According to Onet, this was not Naré's first attempt at the contest. The Armenian singer had tried four times to take part in Junior Eurovision before securing her place and going on to win.

The event drew attention beyond the result itself. Onet also reported a mishap during the broadcast, with Polish commentator Artur Orzech remarking that he hoped those involved would not be stuck for longer. Coverage of the Polish delegation focused on Sas as well; Jastrząb Post described an emotional moment after his performance, reporting that he clenched his fists and burst into tears.

Telemagazyn confirmed Armenia's victory and reported on where Sas finished in the standings, while Eurowizja.org published viewing and voting information for the show ahead of the final.

With the 2026 edition now closed, attention turns to the next host country and the full final scoreboard, which will show how each of the 16 entrants placed.
